Finally: Spring is here! The sun is shining and the lazy time is over now. But that doesn't apply to popcorn time! Popcorn always works - and with this delicious coconut popcorn slice recipe you can not only feel the summer, but also taste it.
FOR 4-6 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS COCONUT POPCORN CUTS
- 200 grams of white chocolate
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g chopped coconut popcorn (coconut popcorn loop preparation)
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
- pink melting drops
- plus a few whole popcorns to decorate
PREPARATION
Step 1: First chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a hot water bath. Then line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2nd step: the popcorn with the popcorn loop and the preparation coconut, but without sugar and salt.
Step 3: Stir the popcorn and grated coconut into the chocolate-butter mixture and spread on the baking sheet. Then let it dry.
Step 4: Cut the coconut popcorn into small pieces.
5th step: Briefly melt the melting drops in a hot water bath or in the microwave and distribute on the sections. Then decorate with popcorn.
A little hint: Alternatively, the slices can be garnished with a cream made from mascarpone and small pieces of pineapple.
