SALTY POPCORN TREATS

Today we bring you our favorite treat of the month: these small, light, salty popcorn treats are wonderfully easy to make. Try it and enjoy it!

FOR 4-6 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS SALTY POPCORN TREATS

  • 150 g chopped popcorn (preferably with our Popcorn Corn Butterfly)
  • 150 g chopped nuts (mixture of pistachios, walnuts, macadamia, almonds)
  • 4 egg whites
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • If required: wafers

PREPARATION

The popcorn as usual with the popcorn loop, but without sugar and salt. Place the popcorn and nuts in a bowl and mix well. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use two teaspoons to place small heaps on the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Leave to dry in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. If you want, you can also place the appetizers on wafers before drying - that rounds off the popcorn creation perfectly!

Our tip: The snack can also be sprinkled with grated cheese. Yummy!
