Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn! Those who prefer it spicy will get their money's worth with this recipe. Seasoned with rosemary and rounded off with parmesan, this popcorn variety impresses men and women alike.
INGREDIENTS ROSEMARY PARMESAN POPCORN
- 120g Popcorn loop popcorn corn
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 teaspoons fresh rosemary (finely chopped is best)
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (freshly grated is best)
- 2 level tsp salt
- 1 freezer bag (at least 3 liters)
PREPARATION
1st step: First the popcorn as usual, but without sugar, with the popcorn loop prepare.
Step 2: Mix olive oil, rosemary, Parmesan and salt well and place in a large freezer bag. Add the hot popcorn, discarding any kernels that haven't popped.
Step 3: Close the bag so that it fills with popcorn vapor and then shake very well until all the ingredients have been mixed together.
